Proudly named in honor of a restaurant/gas station my grandparents owned in Cantil, CA during the late 70's to early 80's. By the time I was around, "Cinco's" was long gone, but I have heard many stories about this seemingly fictional place, that brought it life in my mind. It is my hope that if you choose to enjoy this coffee, it will share the company of a great story.
Just like the pictured restaurant menu, this blend is heavily influenced with coffee from south of the border- sourced from Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, and then balanced off with Sumatra beans.
